My husband and I purchased a mattress from this company on 5/10/2010, we did not move into our new home as expected, so we asked for the mattress to be held until such time. We were told no problem. On 6/11/10 I called the company to inquire that my mattress was still there and could be delivered. I was given the run around from the lady Anne Marie, who told me in the end, yes, my mattress should be there. I was skeptical, so my husband said to have it delivered. I called on 6/12 to have it delivered on 6/13 - they brought me a mattress, but not the one we purchased. I sent it back. Now, the woman said it was my mattress, called me a name, and refused to refund our money or anything....she then called back and told my husband it was a mistake and that our mattress was sold - still will not give us a refund....we are going to sue. Never will do business there again and will not recommend anyone to go there. Very unprofessional, very rude...
