Terible. They take your money and do nothing for you. After I paid the first installent/fee, and it became time to pay the second installment/fee, I asked Derek Thomas--who is so sweet that butter would melt in his mouth--what exactly have I gotten from the first installment. He said they did a "forensic audit", but when I asked to see it, I hit a dead end: the two men who were "in charge" of the forensic audit were unreachable.
Also, when I brought up SB94 to Mr. Thomas, he said that "if they didn't charge up front, nobody would pay them!"
I guess [they think] it's better for the consumer to take the fall...as if dealing with the lender isn't difficult enough!!! They're predatory because instead of helping you when you're down, they just add to the problem by wasting money that might as well go to the lender.
