I have been dealing with these people for over 6-7 months, They have changed there phone #'s 3 different times. I have been pass along to 3-4 different people. They never give a direct answer. They take your money and drag there feet. I have had to contact the bank myself to get answers. The bank has needed more paperwork and HLRC just says they are waiting for a answer from the bank. I was trying to save some money by modifying my mortgage, due to loss of overtime in my and my husbands jobs (20% less income). But gave up all my savings and am getting the run around. You need to protect other people from doing this especially in these times.
