I played with what was IGG's most popular game for well over a year, and i must say that the customer consideration of the company well deserves the F rating.
They show no consideration, or compassion for their customers, well making sure that even if the game is listed as free, you have to pay to survive there.
Myself and 90% of the server I played with quit after they merged it to another server, which they still actively do.
They do not research which servers will be able to go with which servers before merging them, Which results in them forcing their own customers to quit, even the people that I knew that invested a few thousand USD in the game quit because of the companies poor customer care.
And after a year of playing and having a very overbuilt character, even I quit when I thought I never would.
During the merges, it certainly didn't appear that they increased the server capacity to host both of the servers population together, as after merge, on all servers, there were complaints about how dramatcally the server lag had increased since they were merged.
There have been several incidents in which bugs were enabled in the game that threw it off, where some servers wouldn't get boss spawns, and some would got non stop boss spawns allowing them to farm the equipment repeatedly that was dropped, the company fixed the issue 2 days later, but did not rollback or remove the extra over powered items that had been released. Much to the enjoyment of the people that farmed them ^.~ but to the dismay of the rest of the servers population.
Their live support is frequently bugged, where it won't connect, and their answers to emails taking days, and all seem to be copy paste replies, or in rare cases very poorly written responses.
in short, I strongly reccomend finding another company to do business with, after all, there is nothing IGG offers that isn't offered elsewhere, with better quality and service.
