this company takes complete advantage of the handicapped. they do not send what you order and when you try to get the correct chair they are very rude and hang up on you. Clearly, they do not feel the customer is right and should get the chair that they ordered. They carry the BBB logo on their website as if they are an accredited business and they are not; per BBB. i wonder how BBB feels about this, and they will find out when i finish my complaint.
