I had a similar experience today except something smelled fishy before I ordered anything. They have sales people/con artists call one day to "confirm" the model # of your machine and then the next day a "Michael James" @ 1 800 664-1786 ext 2446 calls to advise he has reserved a toner at last years price and that a rep will call the next day to confirm. The rep called today and I told him we aren't ordering anything and he said ok and hung up. Well we get our toner as part of our contract and we call when we are out. I called my Canon rep who confirmed they had no affiliation with Integrated Supply and beware of the scam.
