I was very happy with the service I received from Leapfrog. I had a problem with a leapster a few months after buying it. The hold time to talk to a representative was terrible i held for 30 mins. But once I talked to a person they agreed to send me a new product. I just had to send my old one to them. I was very happy with the process and my child was very happy that he got his toy back so quickly.
