Horrible Service and Trickery!

(5/2010) It took them 2+ mos before we finally received the ordered glasses! They NEVER EVER follow up with you! I left so many messages with some many people to have the manager call me back and she never does. Every time I call to ask why she didn't call me back, she plays up a story that she just got off the phone with the manufacturer or that she never got the note. Wow, that's pretty bad. This place has the worst service ever!
Unbeknownst to my mom, she was referred her through her insurance due to some vision change from her family doctor. She left the place with paying $500-$600 for a pair of classes! They are very pushy and kept telling her to get the more expensive ones. Upon returning to get her glasses, they always had scratches on them! You would think by paying what $400 or so just for the frames that there would be NO scratches and everything should be in prestine condition. We went back twice and two times the frames had scratches everywhere! It's not like we live 2 minutes away, coming here takes like 30-45 minutes and they never have the decency to let you know beforehand.
They are not very nice and over price everything. PLUS it's not like the manager/owner really takes any responsibility. That just tells you what type of business this is. Save yourselves some money and just go to Costco or something.
