I paid this lawyer 3500 dollars at front for loan modification back in 2009 . He did nothing and doesn't return my money .
I had placed several complains : BBB, The California Bar Association , The Federal Trade Commission and PreventLoanScams.org . Nothing happens to him .It is a federal offense to charge for loan modification at front .
