Undelivered services and refused refund

I hope a new customer who seeks to establish a new company should read lots of bad reviews of this legal zoom. The company does not have enough employees to answer phone calls and when I talk to someone after 40 minutes on hold, this person does not know how to help the customer. Then, the company accused you of not finishing the application due to the unacceptable or unavailable name of the company I listed on the application for my company. This small issue was not resolved, then, the application stops. Then you asked for a refund for services not rendered, they do not refund your money.
If I can choose 0 stars to rate this company, I would.
