I paid the $499 service fee with the promise that I would receive an unsecured personal loan and that the fee would be refunded if they were unable to get me the loan. Needless to say, I was never approved for a loan and they did not return any of my telephone calls when I attempted to receive back my loan fees. This business is not to be trusted and if you check their Better Business Bureau rating, they received an "F."
