This company is a big scam. You have to sign a contract and pay upfront fees I paid $1700 which $300 is to be refunded if I do not get a loan modification. I was told by Christopher that my situation qualifies me for a modification and they can help me 14 mts later I was denied by Chase and now they do not return my calls. I've had 5 litigators that did nothing. They are only out to get your money. Call as a new customer ask for a consultation even if you don't qualify they will say you do and rip you off. This company prey's on people in desperate need of help.
