I bought an IM Corona Oldboy lighter, and fuel from www.LightersX.com for the amount of 114.91. I call them after a week of no response to my emails, and ask if it has been sent. After leaving a voice mail, and numerous calls, a salesperson tells me its out of stock. I politely cancel my entire order, and they say no problem, I should have my money soon. I call back and leave a voice mail a week later and ask if they can put the money back in my account, because I did not receive my money back. I have since been calling and trying to get a hold of them, but they are ignoring my calls. One time my call seems like its picked up and put on silent. I hope to get my money back, and they already cost me on late fees since I did not have the money in my account like they said it would be. I did not expect a simple cancellation of an item that is not even in stock would take a 2 weeks, and have cost me more in costs that could have been avoided. Terrible customer service, and they do not seem like a genuine company. They didn't tell me until a week later, that my item was out of stock. They were withholding my money even after many calls and emails to give me my money back. They seem like a rip off site of some sort, and are NOT legit. It is very hard to even get a response from them.
