I am absolutely thrilled with the results and level of service I was given by Loss Mitigation Services. They took care of the entire process and I was always able to reach them to get updates. Thank you for the encouragement. I was in an adjustable rate loan that I could not get out of and because the value of my home had dropped, I was not able to refinance. They were able to get my principal reduced by over $137,000 and lowered my monthly payment from almost $5000 down to $2743 per month. I had a friend of mine that tried to get her loan modified by dealing directly with her lender. We both started at the same time and she still has not been able to get any results. I would tell anyone that when it comes to something as important as your home, don’t try it alone. I never dreamed it would turn out so great!!!
