My review? Do not buy from this company. What you order and what you get can be 2 very different things.On April 30, 2010 I ordered 2 2009 model DDR dance pads. On May 10, 2010 I received not the 2009 model # MBS-DX-2 for PS2, but 2 2006 Model # MBS-DX-C older, inferior, 1 non-functional and one barely functional pads. I know that I recieved the older 2006 model pad because I have one that is just about dead, but I keep it as my practicing in training mode pad - so a pad miss wouldn't matter. Upon looking at the model number on my old pad and the 2 new ones, I found that they are in fact the same model. And they are the same size - everything about them is identical. So I've not made a mistake there.Even if I did, I still did not receive what I ordered and paid for. And I received a damaged non-functional dance pad. That alone should have a reputable company wanting to try to make things right. Unfortunately, I had not until today (May 13, 2010) looked MyMyBox up on BBB. Had I done so, I would have seen their F rating and WHY they have an F rating and would never had anything to do with them.I have now written to them twice with full details; order number, etc. and have not heard anything from them. They do not respond if you try to call them either.I am waiting 1 more day for a satisfactory response. And for me that will be an RMA#, a pre-paid UPS ground label and a full refund of the $128.00 I gave them in good faith. They do not provide a good product or customer service in good faith. Isn't there a law against this type of bait and switch? Or some type of law against using ground carriers to send wrong/inferior products? If I do not hear from them by end of business day tomorrow (giving them 4 days to respond which should be plenty of time) I will be contacting my credit card company and placing this in dispute.Again, do NOT order from this company. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.
