NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOESN'T KEEP APPOINTMENTS, AND WON'T RETURN CALLS

Hector Ovalle, self identified as an owner, made an appointment to service a Culligan reverse osmosis system. I identified it as a Culligan system when he made the appointment. On arrival, he stated that Culligan filters are proprietary filters and he could not service a Culligan system. He sold us on an expensive new alkaline water purification system which he installed on 7/13/12. He seemed to be a very nice, polite young man and quickly gained our confidence.
He "forgot" to bring the new faucet with the system; he promised the new system would have better water pressure than the system he replaced; and he promised to test the PH of the new system after it had operated for several days. We made an appointment for 7/20/12 to accomplish those things.
On 7/20 at the time of the appointment he called to change the appointment to 7/23/12. He never showed up or called on 7/23 and has never returned repeated phone calls to both his cell phone and the general office number. I tried scheduling a service call to handle the items, and no one called back to make an appointment. There seems to be no way to contact Maui Water Systems after they have your money.
I have not received the faucet, nor any operating manual for the new system. I'm not really sure that I got the expensive system I paid for, as it's not been tested for PH. The water pressure is unsatisfactory.
My contract included service for two years. Now I'm doubtful if that service will be honored.
I would give this business a "no star" rating but that isn't an option. One star is the lowest rating you can give on this system.
