i want to thank all who worked on my file, i got a loan for 5.5% for 5 yrs, which is better than nothing at all. i have saved my self 750 a month, from a 9.75% loan. this company is very very good, i had no complaints from this company, but i did call every other day, and email every week, until i heard something, since my mortgage company is HOMEQ, and they are very diffcult to work with, but i got the loan at the last of my straw. and i thank you very much from the bottom of my heart., this is a very good company, one of the best before they did my loan on my home, i know some of the people from before, and they do do their damn hardest to get your loan to modification. i will recommend this company to any one, and i will use them again, my loan was done,11/25/2008 thank you very much again, god bless you all carrie glerum
