I used Modification Services to modify my home loan. I had a very bad adjustable loan and they were able to arrange a much more affordable fixed loan. The lady I worked with at Modification Services was a real pro. She worked very quickly and kept me informed. I was very happy with my dealings with Modification Services and I have recommended them to friends.
