I am not used to online retailers who charge a 15% "restocking" fee for something that you need to test the fit. Understood for electronic merchandise, but for ice skates? Who would order online if they knew this? The site does state it in the return policy, but never thought to look as I have never seen this in a clothing or shoe retailer. Also, not a good return policy if item breaks if you buy it off season. Tried to speak to a manager to be reasonable, but they are rigid. Would not recommend purchasing from this site unless it is something you know you would not return and don't mind if they don't back their merchandise. They get 1 star for having the same clearance price as other hockey sites.
