Outstanding Customer Service

The customer service provided by Rochelle and Maria was so out of the box. They actually returned my call on Sunday while the office was closed. While assisting me and all my needs, there was no sales pressure. Rochelle was very professional, she knew what I wanted and designed the most beautiful obituary the family and friends at my mom's service had ever seen. Rochelle added special touches, that I would not have thought of, but was much appreciated. Rochelle was patient and even though the office was busy, she made me feel as though I was the only customer there. Thanks to Morgan's Eloquent Design, I not only have a beautiful, original obituary but I also have a keepsake that will help provide lots of information and family photos for generations. The thank you cards were beautiful, I never expected my mom's picture on the front cover, how unique. The service is great, you actually take your time by going on line and filling in the information provided on the template. When you arrive to the office, it's all about you and what you want in a warm but professional atmosphere. Last but not least the memorial keepsake is wonderful. I enter the site quite often and view my mom’s picture. Thank you Rochelle and Maria for assisting me during such a sad time in my life.
