awesome this company not only saved my brothers house for him in alberetta tx but it also in doing this stoppped the foreclosure and pending sale while reducing his principal balance by 10k and fixing his interest at 3.5% what a blessing this was to my brother and his family anyone who is unhappy with their mortgage situation should get this done it really works and the price for what they can do for you is incredibly reasonable we had already spent over 5000 trying to get help and suddenly this company for only 750 fixed everything for us and they did it fast
