I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from Nationwide Lending during the recent refinance of my home. We decided to refinance our residence and sell a rental property to pay off all of our debt. The first step was the refinance. I contacted 5 lending institutes and explained what I intended to do. The Nationwide Lending advocate was the only one that fully understood what I was trying to accomplish and provided quality advice. We were aware that the interest rates were about to drop in a few days, but were concerned that if we waited too long, we would not close prior to the end of that month as planned. The rates dropped and we locked. Our advocate indicated that he could do a lot of groundwork to get us to closing before the end of the month. Unfortunately, the property appraisal took several days longer than planned. That did not deter our advocate. We closed 2 weeks after locking at the location and time of our choice (our beach house at 9:00PM) enabling us to stay on plan. I have worked with many lenders over the years, but never have I gotten the attention and been empowered to do the things as I wanted them done as during this refinance. My hat is off to Nationwide Lending.
