I have been playing ConquerOnline for many years and it seems the longer they are in business, the worse their business ethics get. FIRST, they scan processes of individual computers which is a complete invasion of privacy. They accuse their customers of wrong-doing to get them to spend more money to get out of situations they are accused of. They DONOT investigate complaints as they say they do. Their customer service is incompetent and provide no help whatsoever. After my spending over six thousand dollars for their incompetence in hopes that I will be treated fairly, my accounts end up in botjail while I haven't even botted. When I try to contact customer service, there is no answer as usual. In order to be released to play again, I must pay my hard earned dollars as usual. This company does not compensate their customers in any way, nor do they admit to their wrong-doing. I am fed up!
