This is a good company overall, rent dvds for cheap, because after you see a movie why would you want to keep it if you can see it again sometime by getting it in the mail? The dvds come in the mail relatively quickly, but three of the previous five dvd's I have received resulted in a skipping movie on two dvd players at the same points in the movie. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that this could be a rare occurance, Netflix needs to improve the quality control and check the DVDs returned from inconsiderate customers and take proper action, this is their responsibility as a company promoting their products and services to supply a product that is not consistently defective.
