This business has multiple locations. The shop where i bought my bike was in Auburn, but the HQ is in LA. The Auburn shop was delaying processing a $200+ return, and then they closed their doors. I have since followed up with the HQ 5 times on voice mail (many more calls) and twice on email (after calling local shops to get the email address of someone in HQ). I have never received a response from them in the matter, and it is clear to me that they are ignoring me deliberately. After 5 months of trying, i am about ready to give up. This business is rated "D" on the BBB, and clearly for very good reason. These people are shady, stingy, and have no concept of what it means to provide customer service.
