I received a call from a customer service most of the time offering me a kata phone until I was convince to get one, just to help out which I don't need one just to give to somebody in need. Since we closed the deal it is almost 2 months now I don't receive the item and they charge me a handling fee of $23.00 plus $9.00 shipping which is only address to ph... what a reap off!!!!!I will ask all my referral to stop using owtel.... worse in customer service.....
