Your very poor customer service

Are you reading your terrible & disgusting complaints from your frustrated customers? How can you just let these go on without correcting your problems? You have no business running a company with poor and incompetent customer service attendants.
I had called several times and made sure its during their business hours, well,l get a recording again and again to call back.How do you take care of your OWTEL customer's problem if you can't provide services who is supposedly there but instead l listen to that stupid recording. People just need to hang up on the first person who answers the phone just to let them understand how " INCOMPETENT" they are!
So,if l have an emergency and l need to fix a problem but can't even call you people at night, just forget it because l was truly irritated.
