This company is suspect!! They stopped answering the phones. All previous email addresses come back invalid. They request a written letter for a refund, but the post office can't deliver and they won't pick it up. I even sent an email to the owner, Robin Enos, guess what--NO RESPONSE. They accepted my money for a service they were unable to provide. I believe all great reviews are being written by their own people. Customer service delivery was initially great, that was the bait. They said they spoke to my bank but my bank has never assigned a consultant to my application. BEWARE!!!! I would give no stars if I could.
