Once in awhile you'll come across a company which seems to truly care about serving a customer the right way. My interactions with customer service rep Darrin, truly fit this bill. He was very friendly, returned all calls and was also very resourceful in choosing a mover to fit our exact needs. On top of that, he called us the day before our move to remind us about our scheduled relocation and also thanked us again for patronizing ontimemover.com (which wasn't required since we had already paid them in full) The mover they provided handled the move very smoothly, and in fact, LOWERED our expected bill, since the actual time required to complete the move was lower than estimated. Highly recommended!
