I ordered this "free" trial without being informed that I would be automatically enrolled into a program that would cost $89.95 a month until I received the confirmation email. I immediately called to cancel my order with John at ext 397. A week later, my "free" trial arrived on my doorstep anyway. I called the company and spoke to David at ext 305 and was told the note on my account indicated that I spoke with John, but there was no note of cancellation and if I didn't want to be charged the $89.95 I would need to return the product, AT MY EXPENSE!! So I have now paid to ship a product twice that I didn't want to begin with. The promotion is dishonest and the customer service is shady. BEWARE!!!
