He is a passionate scooterist, he is NOT a 'car' salesman.

Long time customer, 1st time buyer. Does that make sense? If not, let me explain. Chris is passionate about scooters and while he is a business, I personally don't think that is his main motivation. So instead of a high pressure car salesman, you get a fellow scooterist who is active on the Symforum boards (and no, not just to drum up business) and knows and rides the products he sells.
Long time customer because, he's helped me with various things for my old Sym Citycom 300i. However, I officially became a customer when I upgraded to a 2013 version of the Citycom this year. He did as he said, the transaction literally took 5 minutes and I was off happily scooting down the beautiful Southern California coast with my new scoot and the Pacific Ocean to my right.
Did I mention I live 70 miles away in LA with at least 2 other Sym dealers who are half the distance as Ooty's?
Go ahead and try other places. If you're not 100% satisfied, come see Chris who can introduce you to your future scooter!
