BEWARE! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! They charged us $2,200.00 so they could Handle our Modification with our Mortgage Company. Their selling point was that they had more Time and Resources to pester the Mortgage Company and they would be more likely to respond to them than to us. We Trusted them! They did Nothing more than send in the same exact paperwork that I had already filed. Our Mortgage Company even told us that their calls were not returned. - So the "Company" that was supposed to be Doing all the Work for Us...Was Not Even Returning Phone calls to the company they were supposed to be "pestering"!!
So, needless to say we are closer to Foreclosure now. And have been SWINDLED out of $2,200!!
