BBB isn't what it was made out to be. They offered me a "Bribe".
Lets see.....22 years in business, over 5 million customers, and 7 complaints and our company got an F rating....7 complaints out of over 5 million customers seams good to me. You will always have the customers who you will never make happy or can't read guidelines.
BUT the BBB offered me an A plus rating if I "donated" my yearly membership. They asked for $500 and then offered $250 when I said $500 was too high. Sorry, I am a man of principle and don't care what my grade is. I will not pay fees to have an A rating.
Furthermore I think their intention is good but overall this type of extortion should give the BBB an F minus grade
