We received a letter from a company calling itself the Homeowner Property Tax Review Board, promising to reduce property taxes if a check for $189 is sent to them. After searching the Internet, we found out the Arizona Better Business Bureau warned Arizona residents about the fraud (same company name, same check amount.)
