Here I'll help you because I agree! Here is a review from the BBB one of THIRTEEN!!! HOLY **** the rest are even worse about over 3700 dollars and ignoring cases etc..Cheaters (especially with bad staff) never win...
*and by the way all the happy happy joy joy reviews that are loooooong and drawn out, yeah I can get someone to write nice things about my company to so my rating stays up...There is a person who works there who hates working there got a little to tipsy at dinner in his Malibu house, and he told me they write reviews and have other people do it, well not all but a couple of them! All companies do, its sad, they go on and write good reviews for themselves so people don't think they are as awful as others say. But, you cant go back on the 13 BBB complaints and I would like to see your reply to this I'm sure it will be mean and rude. I would trust the BBB people because they are REAL cases.

Summary - I have, it in writing, all their promises. I am left with no restructuring, a poor credit rating, fees over $3000 and am out $2400.
Complaint Description
*terrible communication *poor professionalism *unprofessional response time *promises that never should be made in order to gain business. I had to call over 20 times and email over 10 in order to be helped. RA Law never contacted me to tell me that the loan was denied over a month and a half earlier. No letter, no phone call. I now cannot get in contact with anybody, their website portal does not work and I spent an hour this morning on hold, waiting. Nobody will talk to me. I have watched RA Laws rating go down for the past 6 months and I am sadly aware of their problems first hand.
The above posting is from the BBB report, not myself, but I plan on being number 14 to complain for the SAME reasons
