I hope this helps any one out there thinking about using this group of people if they can be called that, as of this moment we lost our house due to the negligence way they handled our case. My husband is severely ill due to the results of this outcome. We worked so hard to keep our home and now are left empty handed. This people working for this firm are heartless. I spoke to Suntrust Mortgage and they said that they never contacted them to do the modification loan. They charge me $3,500.00 which they split in two payments and after waiting for 7 months, we no longer have a house. How can this people sleep at night knowing that they ruin others life and dreams.
