We obtained their services on October 30th. We were handed over to a case manager. We received paperwork from b of a a day after. This was paperwork from our h.o.p.e programme started last year. Reliant wanted to look at the paperwork and still needed paperwork and documents from us. They then contacted me and said that they can not do any better than what b of a is offering and that we should jump on the offer. I asked for our money or Atleast 2,000 of the 3,000 we paid back. We got a story about selling guns and refunding people. No direct answer was given. Now we are being avoided by no email replies or return phone calls. Still not finished trying to get a hold of them.
