OMG, can you say "WHAT THE HECK"? I ordered mealworms on 1/10/10 and still have not received them. I called countless times only to get hung up on if I asked for a manager, or left on hold for up to an hour or they just never answered. I called today 04/12/10 and spoke with Derek only to get the run around again. I was told their supplier had some problems and it would be months before they were able to fullfill my order. I asked for a refund and he said "NO", that that is not their policy. I told him that I would contact BBB and he said go ahead and hung up. I'm speechless that this business is still operating if they act like this.
