Our experience with Resolution Services was overall very good. We were very nervous using a company in California when we live in Virginia. They were very confident they could help us and we didn't want to loose our home. We tried a modification on our own and the bank turned us down. Even though it's hard to trust someone you've never come face to face with to do business with, we had to try. When we started our modification we were told it may take 2 months and we may not hear any news until then. We started inquiring after 3 months, since we heard nothing from them. When we asked to speak to a supervisor we immediately got Phillip Newman on the phone. He handled our case from that point on. Phillip was wonderful handling our case. Things started to happen! He was professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs and fears. His team, Susan and Felice were extremely helpful and professional. They collected all the paperwork from us (sometimes more than once) and compiled our portfolio, processed it to our lender. We finally got the approval as of September 18 and I give them ALL the credit. The only improvement they could make would have better communication with their clients. We would recommend them to anyone, they are worth the $$ and time. Thank you Resolution Services, we can sleep at night again!
