Though you don’t state your name or address specifically I believe I recall this event. I recall your last name being Alanso Jr. Unless I am mistaken your price was $40 every other month for a basic yard spraying. When we came out to inspect the ficus hedges at your request it was determined that there was an active whitefly problem. The chemical needed for this treatment is very expensive and is classified as a systemic. Extra care needs to be taken with this material as it goes up into the leaves and fruits of plants. We did quote you a price of $125 for this treatment however, I recall you declined the treatment so instead we did the regular treatment spray concentrating on the ficus at the regular bi monthly cost of $40. Sometimes this can work however the systemic treatment was advised and is what we can guarantee. Had you opted for that extra treatment the whitefly problem would have been controlled. If I am mistaken and you had this extra treatment and paid for it and it did not last 6 months I will refund double your money should you be able to document this. I am more than happy to do this since I know with certainty I would never allow this business to lose a customer who is fair & educated unless there is a very good reason.
