If you are a woman and are older you should NOT call Simmons Plumbing. My Mother cried and cried at the large amount of labor charged for 16.00 worth of parts. After 3 separate trips to her house for just a leaky bath tub valve, and a 260.00 bill A person at Simmons plumbing told me over the phone that "she's just not a very happy person". Very un-called for and out of line I think. She is 74 years old and lives on social security.
