Basically, I put in an order for some samples from their website. The website says something in the neighborhood of a week for the samples to arrive, needless to say after about two weeks nothing. I called, was given a tracking number, that basically said nothing has been shipped. After another week, I called, was reassured that my samples were indeed on their way and would be at my house in a few days. A week later, I got on the website and noticed half the samples I order were no longer the same price or even sold. So I gave up, called again, asked about my samples and the new non-inventory problem, and was told that my samples in fact had not been shipped, and was asked if I wanted to order some new ones. Given that they couldn't even send me a pack of samples within a month and a half, I said I would no longer like to do business with their company and I would like a refund. Well of course, they said yes, my card would be refunded immediately. As you may have guessed, nothing. I called a week later, was told my card has been re-credited. Yep, week later nothing. This is where my current status lies. Just hopped on here to check their complaints (which I should have initially done) and tomorrow I plan to call and raise some major ****. I strongly do not recommend this companyt o anyone, They are very poor
