I recently enrolled with Sky Blue mainly based on the numerous good reviews I found online about their company and services. A few days after sending them my credit report for review I was contacted by their customer service. The agent told me that after reviewing my credit report that the items were still within the California statue of limitations (4 years) and that they advised I wait until the SOL expired. They told me that if they disputed the items it could trigger renewed and aggressive collection efforts. They refunded me the $49 setup fee within an hour. I was very impressed with their honesty and intend to re-enroll when the SOL expires. Highly recommended!
