I ordered one radio frequency universal remote controller from So Cal Electronics (doing business as Antoine Enterprise) through TheHDGuysOnline.com. I received two lesser rf controllers by mistake. Mr. Antoine called me personally and provided a full refund as the item I wanted is on backorder. Mr. Antoine apologized for sending out the wrong item. They picked up one of the controllers that was delivered and Mr. Antoine was kind enough to give us the other to keep and use while we search for the item we need.
