The reviews here all seem to be posted by employees of the company. Work with fed loan directly, this company makes it extremely hard to communicate and isn't professional when it comes to leaving a paper trail, they want to do all their business over the phone which is a red flag. They helped me for the first year and took my money for a second and have completely ghosted. I was in a stressful situation last year and wanted the payment to be $0 but don't think it was helping me in the long run and is obviously benefiting them.
