More than once, they didn't pay the homeowners insurance (one time resulting in a cancellation), and once they didn't pay taxes on time. The switch from a coupon book to monthly statements resulted in statements due on the first, not received until the 27th. The entire new operation seems to be very poor. My refinance, a few years ago, handled from the new group in California required three closings before they got it right. Don't use this company.
