Sunningdale Equity Group is a group of scam artists who will not return my calls after taking a $965 wire transfer to secure a loan.
They present themselves in a very professional manner and their website makes them look legitimate, and well I felt the deal was to good be true I put my trust in them and have received nothing for it.
I have a signed agreement with them, but nothing to show for it.
I would recommend that you stay far away from anything that this company has to offer, in fact I would not be surprised if they do not even exist at the address provided, since when I searched that address they were not listed at that building in Miami.
Several complaints have been listed on Yahoo explaining the same situation that I've been through.
Stay away.
