Do not order through this company. I ordered a replacement laptop battery for my daughters Toshiba Satellite PC. I ordered the correct part but received another part number that was not compatible with my PC. I followed the RMA steps on the website and sent an e-mail telling them that the wrong battery was sent and I needed to return it for the correct one. I also expressed interest in a replacement charger. I received a reply telling me how nice the replacement charger is and telling me to order it on a new order. They did not address the fact that the battery I was shipped was not correct and I needed an RMA. I called 4 times over the course of a week referencing my order number and contact information (Both e-mail and phone). I received no reply. I e-mailed the Customer Service Department 4 times and received no reply. Finally I sent the battery back using the Return Shipping label that was sent with the original order. I e-mailed to let them know that the battery was coming back and asked that they advise me if they are going to replace it with the correct one or refund my money. Still no response (It has been a week). Based on my experience to date I can tell you that this company is a fraud. If hootoo wants to respond to me and resolve my issue, I will consider retracting my comments. Reference order number 1012318166
