This company has had my money since 2009, and NO delivery. I followed all the contract guidelines. This company took $4000 from me for deposits, and delivered NOTHING! They will not return emails or phone calls. Please read the complaints board online, that now has information but did not last year when I began business with Super Steel Buildings, Inc. Tracie Turner and Jalal Ketabi incorporated the business. We were contacted by "Marie Martin" and also emailed from "Emma" and "Jamie" $4000 - That's how much they kept and did NOT deliver. I checked with the BBB and they had an A- rating when I decided to do business with them. I called the BBB and printed A- report. I could not find a reason online to alert me to trouble, please post this so it does not happen to someone else. Super Steel Buildings, Inc. provides very detailed impressive contracts, emails, website, process payments but no delivery or attempted delivery.
