Swoopo is great. At first I wasn't sure about the trustworthness of a site where a brand new PS3(worth $300) went for just $50. But I bit the bullet and went ahead and bought a bidpack because I really wanted a game that was on the site.
I am glad I did.
I won the first auction I bid on. It was for Killzone 2, a video game for the Playstation 3. Best Buy has the game for $60 on their site, Amazon has it for $50 and it's going for around $55 brand new on eBay.
I was able to get it for $5.40 on Swoopo.
Not only did I win my first auction, but I won my second one, which was for Killzone 2 again. My brother and I don't live together but we like to play each other online on Playstation Network. So naturally he wanted that game as well.
The second time around I won the auction for $5.88
So if we go off Amazon's price of $49.99 for Killzone 2, I saved $88.70 on those two auctions alone. And I still have bids to spare.
Where else can I get savings like that?
